TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. HALF A MONTH AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED. Half a month later I have not received my order. I complained and they told me to wait.... and if it didn't arrive in a while I should contact them again to see what they could do.

The tags are amazing, I've never had a problem with them. They stick to everything, clothes, shoes, bags I wouldn't buy from anywhere else. I also love all the different designs you can choose from as well as the different fonts, colours.

I received the labels within 48 hours. They went through the washing machine and did not come off.

Perfect for all my kids' stuff. I love the convenience and speed of these labels. The booklet contains everything we need for school and extra-curricular activities. Only the shoe labels have a harder time lasting over time. Faster delivery would be a plus.

THE PRICES ARE ACCESSIBLE although I would make more discounts for those who take more things... having the 2 euro discount is not what makes you decide to add things to the order. the labels are made well and at the moment it seems to me they do their job well... they don't come off. at the moment I give 4 because improvement is always possible.

Very good product! I bought the kindergarten pack, I recommend it, it's easy to install and pretty. But I don't wash above 30 degrees because I have some labels that haven't held up.

I purchased the non-iron labels. Dispatch time was great with friendly updates through email as and when required. My first impressions was great design and layout, love the little booklet. Colours all stood out and met my expectations. I was a bit sceptical at first that the stickers would not stay however followed the simple steps and so far so good!! Love the extra stickers also at the back, doesn't say if they are also non-iron stickers or normal stickers? Definitely ordering more!
