Bad. I placed an order that never arrived. The purchase was dated August 26th, and since delivery had not yet occurred in early September, I wrote to customer service. I received an email reply in which they "wished" me delivery on Sept. 11, which did not happen. I asked, therefore, for a refund and this time I received an automated reply email containing an invitation to review the service on this site!!!

Fantastic labels for clothes. No ironing need just stick them, press and go. Clothes which are washed every day still have labels interact, intact one had never come off. Great quality and never lost colour.
