My first order got lost. The tracker said delivered but I never received it so ask for the any form of record that it was delivered to right address but did not get anything. So I asked for full refund but they sent the order again which has been more than a week but has not arrived yet. Their customer service was not helpful at all, in fact they were very defensive. I have now switched to another supplier and I will never be buying from this place again.

On the web it said that the order would arrive in 24/48 hours. I received it yesterday February 14, when I ordered it on January 19. They were labels for my grandmother, who, in this month of delay, has passed away. So the labels are no longer of any use to me, besides the displeasure of receiving them with her name on them, days after her death. Very bad experience. I will not repeat with you.

I thought that the clothing/shoe labels would have a fabric finish and not be laminated. I don't find that very pleasant, but on top of that, some of them have already come unstuck... I'm pretty disappointed...

A month later it says delivered and I have not received anything. The customer service phone is NOT free, they make excuses and say that they will send it again. From the time you order until everything arrives, always with some problem in between, 2-3 months. On the other hand, bad printing QUALITY. It looks pixelated. I have ordered several times just in case there have really been punctual errors but in ALL the orders I have had some kind of problem. I really do not repeat
