Personalized gourd bought for my son in august 2022: the drawings had already peeled off after 1 year, even though it hadn't been cleaned in a dishwasher. after-sales service reply: "we don't know the conditions of use of your gourd, so we can't intervene" personalized gourd bought for my daughter in july 2023: my daughter dropped it after 2 days cracked gourd I put photos of it on their fb publicbations no reply i sent an e-mail to customer service on january 18 here's their reply: "Given that we do not know the conditions of use of your gourd, and that your order was placed well over three months ago, we can not intervene" there should have already known that there was a period of 3 months in view of the various orders made with them, there is no consideration for the customer

The stickers don't stay on the clothing. I followed the instructions, very simple to follow as there isn't much to it, just leaving them stuck to item 24 hours before wearing and washing. Many clothing items came back with no stickers and the few that did, I'd wash and find stickers all in my washing machine. Waste of money, not happy. The product itself looks nice, I like that you can design it how you want it to look. But it's pointless as it doesn't stay on.
