I've been ordering from Monetiquette since my eldest went back to school. The labels are beautiful and they love to personalize them themselves. On the other hand, they're holding up less and less. Over the course of the year, many of them have been removed and things have ended up being lost. I ordered them this month for the start of the new school year in September, received them promptly, put them on each of the crayons to get a head start since we'll be going on vacation soon, and the next day when I showed them to my son, half of them had already partly peeled off. What a shame!

Loved that I was able to pick colours and design to go on the labels but the longevity of the labels aren't there in comparison to other labels I've previously used. The clothing labels aren't even lasting the academic year! I really wanted to convert to these but sadly I've been left disappointed.

Hello, I've been using your labels for all my son's clothes for several years now, with several different orders and never a problem. Unfortunately, this time I'm very disappointed with the quality of the labels. I used them on all the clothes my son took with him to seaside classes, and out of twenty or so labels, 7 came off in the 1st wash, whereas the old ones have been on some items for years and despite dozens of washes have never moved.

Label finally received after an unexpected delay, I had calculated rather well in time to have the delivery on time, but Chronopost was late. I don't understand some of the delivery steps that send my parcel back from where it was to make it come back again. In short, my son went off to school without me being able to use the labels. I have no doubts whatsoever about the C-monetiquette team, who I think do a very good job, the labels look great and are of good quality, but I haven't used them yet, so thanks to them anyway. Too bad things didn't work out with the carrier.

Always liked it very much, but at the time of buying an extra cap for a bottle, which I had already done a few years ago, I got it wrong because they really took off the line and I didn't notice since it was there before. Quality products and fast dispatch (as evidenced by the postmark). However, it took the post office 20 days to bring me the labels (even though they were priority items). I contacted the after-sales service, which never replied (normally within 24 hours)!... but which didn't hesitate to call me back so that I could evaluate the after-sales service. In conclusion, C mon etiquette is a serious and reliable site... but you shouldn't encounter any problems because the after-sales service is non-existent. From now on, the rule will be "work it out for yourself!"

I was unfortunately very disappointed with my order on the site I received 1 item out of the 3 ordered impossible to make a claim on the site that constantly displays an error message when validating (an error occurred) and this despite my multiple attempts several days later. So I made a paypal dispute and was reimbursed for the missing items. Too bad because I needed these items for my son's birthday. The timing was too late to place a new order, and considering how difficult it is to file a claim, I don't feel like ordering again.

As for the gourd, I'm very disappointed... I received it yesterday. I washed it by hand for the first time this morning. And I've already noticed dents at the base of the gourd... even though I didn't "mistreat" it. I am very satisfied with the labels. However, when I placed my order, the site wouldn't load and I had to refresh the page. Thinking that the payment wouldn't be taken into account because my bank hadn't asked me for authorization to validate the transaction, I repeated the order later. The order appeared in my "C-monetiquette" account, but I received two order acknowledgements by e-mail. In fact, the site validated my two orders even though I hadn't authorized payment via my bank application. I ended up with twice the number of labels I had originally ordered, and it's impossible to cancel an order on this site. The products are fine, but the site needs to be updated regarding payment.

I was generally happy with the lunch box I ordered in August 2023. Unfortunately, this year in April, the motif with the name on it came off. I accepted this because the lunch box had already been used frequently and washed in the dishwasher. Now, after about 9 months, one of the fasteners on the side has broken off when closing it at nursery. After contacting customer service, I can order a new one for 2.50 + delivery costs of 3.50 0 stars for the durability of the product at this price! The 2 stars are only there because the product was as pictured and I like the function with the ice pack.
