Very poor. I complied with the instructions but the labels purchased a few days ago are not thermoadhesive. Last year they were definitely better quality. I am sorry

I cannot give 5 stars because, in the first instance, my kindergarten labels did not arrive and I had to wait almost a month to receive them (yesterday!), with kindergarten already several days old. Despite this, Customer Service was very courteous and helpful, helping me cope with the inefficiency of the Post Office. I wonder if it would be possible to think about optional (and paid) mailing via a traceable letter. I will test them concretely now, but they seem to be of good quality and easy to use.

Hello, I haven't yet tried out the 2 types of labels I've ordered. I find your internet presentation confusing and not explicit at all. I ordered self-adhesive labels by mistake, thinking I was ordering "iron-on" labels because I thought they were iron-on only. As a result, I was disappointed and had to place another order, so the price was doubled! Well then, remember to clearly distinguish your 2 options, best regards.

Good quality! The thermo adhesives adhere perfectly, they have many very nice and varied designs and the value for money on stickers and labels is very good! My kids love them!
