I placed an order and it said that in 48 hours I would deliver the package instead it's been a good ten days and still nothing ..I'm still waiting ..if I knew before I didn't place any order or I would rely on another company....

I ordered on Sunday evening and received my order in 5 days, i.e. on Saturday. I thought that was a bit long, but fortunately I received the labels just before school started! This is the 4th time I've ordered and I've only been disappointed once because the labels had been cut out incorrectly on one page (towards the center, which only concerned 6 labels). I'm going to try customer service because I dropped the lunch box and one of the clips broke. I'll see if they'll be commercial or not.

It's very easy to order and personalize the labels. Be careful to distinguish between self-adhesive and thermo-adhesive labels (I made the mistake). I was able to ask a question and the "accommodating" answer arrived quickly. Thank you for this service! MHP

Satisfied! Attractive, quality labels (to be seen over time). My daughter is delighted! On the other hand, I find the derived products very expensive! A 22e gourd + 8e if you want to change the not very pretty black tip (I imagine it's made on purpose...) whereas I paid 6.99e for an aluminum Snow Queen gourd on another site. It's a shame

Great product, easy to choose and customize, very fast delivery

I used the stick-on clothes labels last year and they where great, so I thought I'd use them again this year. They save a lot of time when you have a mountain of school uniform to label. Unfortunately this year they've been a great disappointment. Despite me following the Instructions (stick and wait 24 hours before clothing is used etc) the stickers have not lasted past one school days worth of use. Which is very frustrating. So now I'm left hoping my child does not lose his clothing whilst I await the arrival of different name labels ??

The labels are difficult to peel off. so it's hard to stick them on clothes. i'm disappointed the first time i ordered it, it wasn't the case.
