Dear Massimo, Thank you for your message. We are sorry for this inconvenience, which nevertheless remains abnormal. If they do not adhere perfectly, it is almost always due to one of the following conditions: -the fabric is not suitable (wool, fleece)-the iron is not hot enough-the setting time is too short-the pressure applied is too weak-the setting is done with steam (be careful, some irons emit it automatically). Do not hesitate to repeat the process: The iron must be strictly at 200°C and without steam. Take care to apply the protective paper between the iron and the label. Pressure should be applied evenly for 12 seconds, in this case up to 15 seconds. Once the protective paper cools, take it off, and as soon as the label becomes warm, press with your fingers at the places where it is most likely to come off, then the ends. When the application is done correctly, the label fuses completely with the fibers of the fabric, becoming one with it. Through the label you will feel the fibers of the fabric. I encourage you to go through the application process again, carefully following the instructions. If you have lost many labels, please contact me at customer service and we will send you new ones back at our expense.
