The delivery time was a bit long and the order incomplete, but the mistake was quickly made up for. The lunchbox is great, as is the water bottle, but it's far too heavy for children aged 2 and 5.

It is already the second time I order something and the truth is that everything has always gone very well. The delivery time is quite good and the products are great. This time it has been personalized mugs and it has been a success as a birthday gift.

I contacted customer service to find out if the shipment could be tracked. They responded in a very short time and since regular mail service is used, they reassured me that the goods should arrive by a certain date and if they did not arrive I could contact them again. I am already thinking of placing another order: this time not labels, but a water bottle...personalized of course!

The only small problem was the post office. Arrived later than the announced deadline and the envelope was torn, it would have been necessary to have a more solid packing because the book of labels was very thick, large order.

The stickers make a good impression. We couldn't test them properly as they won't be used until the start of the nursery. However, I think there should be more shoe stickers in the set. Because for small children who need new shoes every season and the ones from last year are certainly too small, you need them more often.

These labels are just wonderful! And its so great that you can create your own so that they are unique! I found they stick so well to clothing, i used these for coats/sweaters for nursery. I will be buying these again!
