The labels weren't cut out correctly, so they had to be re-cut with scissors because they wouldn't come off the top... Too bad, because they're not cheap!

Outstanding site, I had issues with receiving my order, I contacted customer service who was always helpful and quick to respond. While I understood that the non-receipt was the fault of Italian Post, they took it upon themselves to reship the order free of charge. Best of all, it arrived very quickly. I will definitely buy from them again.
