This is the second time I have used Petit-Fernand and both me and my daughter love the labels. Great choice of design and really good quality. Labels arrived on time and I would be happy to continue using your services. I have also recommended to family and friends.

Very practical back-to-school mix. Super pretty. Too bad the 1st page explaining the iron wasn't in French, because everything else was (printing error).

Delivery within 48 hours exceeded, no response to my email from customer service. 2 elementary notebooks ordered, my children's names were interchanged. The tabs on one of the notebooks are out of order (a detail, but so much less practical). I do, however, appreciate the quality of the labels.

This is my second order, the first time I bought hot melt labels and adhesive labels for objects. This time I bought heat-sensitive and adhesive labels for shoes. The order arrived promptly and the presentation was good. I like it very much. I would buy again. The only downside is that there are few drawings.

I don't think the school pack is as good as last year. There are fewer object labels. And they used to be great to put on pencils because they were so wide. This year they're too wide. I don't know if I'll recommend my labels next year.

These are great and very practical
