I place an order and realize that I have made a mistake, so I am offered to change my order because it is not yet produced. I changed it 5 minutes after placing my order ... they replied 3 days later, telling me it was too late to change it! So why offer me this? Lame, avoid it!

I've been ordering the stick in clothes labels from Petit Ferdinand for a couple of years now since my children started school,they go in their uniform but also in shoes,trainers and on the drinks bottles and lunch boxes and they DO NOT come off!! Total game changer..the kids love choosing the colours and pictures to make their own label 100% recommend this company!!
