The labels are great, unfortunately I made a mistake and I would have hoped for a bit more understanding, as I actually couldn't help it. How was I supposed to know that when I go to the labels for pens I also have to change the format? I assumed that it would be set. Only after countless emails did it come out that I also have to change the format and not just click on the labels for pens. The labels are otherwise really great. A polar bear would be great among the animals.
