Very quick delivery. Good value for money. Order corresponds to expectations. Easy to use. Only downside: if the name is too long, the order cannot be validated. Too bad there's a number of characters for those who unfortunately have a rather long surname... Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

This is my third year buying from them.... Good products, but this round THE STICKS ARE NOT COMING. I recommend relying on a courier, or if you want to work with the post office put traceability!

Wide customization possibilities and very very nice graphics; plus really fast manufacture. Unfortunately, however, the thermoadhesive labels (even with 40C washes and label attached following instructions) tend to peel off...

I placed an order and sent an e-mail immediately afterwards to change the color of the labels. I got no reply, no return to my e-mail and I received the wrong color labels. I didn't have time to insist on calling because I'm working and I don't have all day. So I'm very disappointed...
