After several orders for labels to mark my child's clothes, for which I was satisfied, I ordered the "Snowman" window sticker and I'm really disappointed with this product. The die-cuts are poorly made and parts of the sticker tear despite my best efforts. For a relatively small product costing 15, I'm not satisfied.

I am very satisfied. Very easy to order, lots of choice for the designs and the price is really good. My order arrived 3 days later, the labels are very pretty and correspond to my expectations. My order never arrived after almost two months and after complaining twice. The customer service is lousy, they never take the calls and when they do, a very annoying girl talks to you without the slightest attempt to be cordial even if you talk to her in a good way. I have asked for my money back and to this day I have had no response. I hope you read this and that you take my claim into account, because otherwise it is impossible.

Very disappointed by the size of the bags, the photo of the child with the bag is absolutely not representative. As a result, paying 12 for a tiny bag with a 6 delivery charge that is not at all justified, is shameful.... I would absolutely not recommend and would advise against such a purchase.
