I have not received my order
Customer service was helpful at the beginning, sent new product. It never arrived! When asked, it was assumed that the goods had arrived, although it was stated that the adhesives would come off after one wash. But the bombs stick in the washing machine. For me, this is definitely not a recommendation!

I ordered the labels several times and was happy with them but the gourd was no longer functional after a month, I contacted the service but no return I am very disappointed.
The name tags don't hold at all although I did it exactly according to the instructions. They were gone after the first wash?

The labels are lovely but they don't stay on the clothes. It may be I made a mistake in ironing them (although I followed the instructions well), but the result is bad they all came off.

Very late shipment. The printing is not good quality and the stickers fall off just by looking at them.
Very bad customer service. I was sent the wrong labels (someone elses). I asked them to resent it but that one never arrived. So they said they can either resent it or refund me. I asked if they can sent it via express delivery since I've been waiting for over a month now for these labels and they said no they can't. I asked for a refund and will never shop here again!!!

Barely 2 months after receiving the gourd, the stopper no longer holds, no longer closes or opens normally. I contacted customer service and they refused to replace the faulty product. Strangely enough, they sell the spare part separately, which suggests that they are aware of the design defect.

I placed an order on august 19. i contacted customer service again. i received no explanation or apology. ten days ago i received an e-mail informing me that the order had been dispatched. but to this day i still haven't received it. this is unacceptable. After posting this negative comment, I finally got a response from customer service. It's not just a postal problem, since it took two months from the time my order was validated to the time it was dispatched. As a reminder, it was two boxes of snacks and a book of labels that I was supposed to receive before the start of the school year on September 4!
Petit Fernand overpromises on order processing time. The website states labels are manufactured within 48 hours, shipping takes 3-10 working days. Sadly it's not the case. After contacting customer service I was sent a generic email which was a copy and paste from the website and not an answer to my enquiry. Contacted them again to be told they are experiencing delays. Why is this not mentioned on the website, during placing order or when I contacted customer service the first time. Miss leading customers, poor customer service, missing labels.
