Hello, I'm sorry to have to write this comment, but considering the price I paid for the self-adhesive labels, I have to tell you how disappointed I am, because the labels don't stand up to washing, even at very low temperatures.
After 20 days from the date of the order I received an email that the order has been delivered and if I want to share my opinion! Well, my opinion is that it's just a fraudulent site!
I still haven't received my order placed on January 3rd ... Customer service is telling me to wait but it's starting to take a long time and I'm convinced that the order is lost!

Hello, Order placed on December 29, I am told that the package has been delivered, I have received nothing. It's already 16/01/24 and I'm very unhappy.
The stickers don't stay on the clothing. I followed the instructions, very simple to follow as there isn't much to it, just leaving them stuck to item 24 hours before wearing and washing. Many clothing items came back with no stickers and the few that did, I'd wash and find stickers all in my washing machine. Waste of money, not happy. The product itself looks nice, I like that you can design it how you want it to look. But it's pointless as it doesn't stay on.

The package arrived very late. I was unable to deliver it as a holiday gift. It was two separate orders and only one booklet was sent, so I had to cut some simple labels to make both gifts. Bad management. I should have received two separate packages.

I am pissed off. The labels didn't stick to the pens. I was asked to send photos and was told there was nothing more we could do. The three months are up and therefore I have no right to complain yes and why should I send photos first???? So zero understanding zero insight nothing. Best to order directly elsewhere. Hands off !!!!!!

Absolutely inadvisable experience, I placed my order on November 17 and as of today December 23 I still have not received it. I have to say that the customer service has been excellent and fast, they have tried to rectify the incident, without success, and so it seems to me that choosing to order the textile labels on this website is not the best option.
I placed an order for labels a month ago and it did not arrive. I claimed the order and they very kindly processed another order at no cost. But the second order has not arrived yet either. When I complained they said it was a problem with the post office. I find it shameful to have to wait more than a month for some simple labels. Next time I will buy from another brand.
