Delivery times are really too long. Order placed on 27/11, received on 18/12... that's not right!

The shipment took a long time to arrive, I think more than a week late. The envelope arrived opened and wrinkled. The clothing labels do not stick well and in one wash I already jumped several. The truth is that everything in general is a disaster.

I did not receive my stickers in time and I was eventually refunded.

Good morning! I am very dissatisfied with the product, I trusted your brand instead of others because 6 years ago I bought them for my son and they were great quality price quantity. My surprise has been when I received the product, it brings less than half having ordered the same. I will not trust your brand again for future purchases. Best regards

I haven't received my order after a month of purchase and I can't get into my account to do tracking. Could you please support me?

I did not receive my order

I bought a water bottle for my son. Cap broke after 3 and a half months. Unfortunately they are only guaranteed for 3 months. A shame, no commercial gesture and the products are not solid. I can't recommend it.

I am extremely disappointed by my experience with C-MonEtiquette: from the delivery time of my order to the quality of the iron-on labels (which peel off after the 1st wash).

The stickers came off during washing.

Not as great as advertised. Name sticker was peeling off 4 days after sticking. The item of clothing hadn't even been through a wash. I don't recommend!

I've been given the wrong names

I have been ordering stickers for 5 years and this one, without a doubt has been the worst. They have fallen off all my garments and I have followed the instructions as in previous years. I don't think I will repeat the experience for another year.

I never received my August order, it's now the end of December, it's a scam.

Labels don't fit

The labels come off, but 6 years ago I bought some for my first child and I was happy, but now there's a problem.

For the moment I have not received the order.

I never received my package very disappointed but the the customer service was excellent I was reimbursed. I really wanted what I ordered for my daughter school trip.

After ordering these for the second time after trying them years ago, as I wanted to give them a second try- however im still as disappointed. The stickers constantly fall off, I find them in the machine, scrunched in clothes. For the money I paid for 2 sets, was disappointing.

Customer service was helpful at the beginning, sent new product. It never arrived! When asked, it was assumed that the goods had arrived, although it was stated that the adhesives would come off after one wash. But the bombs stick in the washing machine. For me, this is definitely not a recommendation!

I placed an order for labels with 950 for delivery in 24 hours. The order was shipped on Friday, but it's Tuesday evening and I still haven't received anything. I would like a refund.
