I bought "qty 10" shoe labels, but they only fit 5 pairs of shoes. I went back to the site and it actually said in the detailed description "sold in packs of 5" (you had to scroll down to see the description...). So if someone wants 10 pairs of shoes, they have to order "20"... in the end it's too expensive for only 5 pairs. The other object labels are ok, but once I'd started using them, I should have gone for minis, but then again, they'd be too long and ill-proportioned. And they cost the same as the big ones! There are other sites for the same price: 150 better-proportioned mini labels for the price of 50 at c-mon étiquette... But I only saw this after ordering. Too bad.

We placed an order on March 30 but still haven't received anything. I've tried several times to get in touch via the form, but there's always an error message which doesn't allow the form to be sent. The telephone number is also unreachable. We're always hoping to receive a reply, but unfortunately we have our doubts. And yet the reviews were mostly positive.

The products look good and most of them last well. Unfortunately, I have now had 2 problems with the delivery. The first time nothing came at all. When I asked, they sent it again and it arrived. With the next order, nothing arrived again after 2 weeks! On request I should wait 24 hours. Then I got an email saying it had arrived. Still nothing there. But then the next day. Due to the annoying demand 2 stars deduction.

I liked the fact that I could also design the signs in different colors and that, according to the description, they are also suitable for marking laundry in retirement homes, for example. That was the trigger for my purchase. After a fairly long delivery time, I held them in my hands. They are nice to look at and the name is easy to read. But now I have to point out that the stickers have to be stuck on the size or material label, otherwise they would not survive a wash. Rather impractical for a retirement home, as the name must always be stuck uniformly on the back in the neck area. I used them because I had no alternative, but I'm afraid that these name tags won't last long. ??

The purchase of the product was perfect (choice, personalization, delivery, fitting of the labels), but I was very disappointed by the resistance. The garments were washed at 40 degrees (not in a private washing machine, but in a commercial washing machine) and unfortunately the labels only held up to one or two washes at best.

There was nothing wrong with the product, but I didn't realise it was being posted from France. Despite the French name, I'd checked it was a .Co.uk website, and noted you'd said Royal mail would be delivering, and that your dispatch was within 48 hours. I was under a deadline as my mum was moving to a care home. Due to it coming from France the labels didn't arrive in time, meaning the labels ordered can now not be used, and we had to pay again for an alternative. I wish I'd known postage would take longer than normal royal mail within the UK. Also, make your account before placing your order. I made it directly following my order, but it could not be linked to my order, meaning I couldn't track it.

I ordered 4 boxes of snacks, which were shipped in 2 cartons with tape firmly attached, even though all 4 boxes fit easily into a single carton.
