Fast service, but two books of labels delivered in a simple envelope instead of a cardboard envelope, labels that have greatly lost in quality....

Great for kids! It's great for kids' stuff, and doesn't lose them any more.

Misleading Advertising....

The labels were supposed to arrive last week (around 16-17 May), for an order placed on 7 May, I find the time really very long but it was the time indicated. I didn't receive anything last week, and today it says it's been delivered (I'm not at home to see it), so although it's great, they're useless now and I could have waited before spending my money. Because yes, I needed them for my daughter's school trip this week. Admittedly, I got there late, but I placed the order when I saw that it would arrive no later than May 17... In short, I'm pretty disappointed with the delivery...

Delivery time. Lack of clarity about delivery. When will I receive my parcel????

I am disappointed, because until now I have not received the labels, the delivery time was not respected.

I order every year. Very good product but the new parcel delivery format is not suitable. Sending by post was much more practical and above all quicker. With the bank holidays, it took me over a week to get my order, whereas before I used to receive it in my letterbox within 48 hours. The order was processed quickly, but it took too long to receive it at a relay point.

Overall disappointed. As the site suggests, my wish was to have personalized labels for guest gifts for a christening. When I received my order, one of the two designs I'd chosen was cut in half. Customer service was reactive, but first told me it was impossible to do better. A refund of 1.35 was granted. After a negative review on trustpilot, customer service called me back and offered to reissue the labels, removing the motif that had caused printing problems. The result is a bit sad, but at least I can use them...

Order/receipt very good. Excellent packaging and great result. BUT one letter of the first name on the gourd is already damaged since I only received it a few days ago and I only washed it in hot water.

Delivery time too long

Delivery was quite fast. I've been ordering from c mon étiquette for years, but this time I'm a bit disappointed by the quality of the product. The labels come off the clothes very easily.

Very slow delivery

I haven't received my ordered items and still don't know the status of the delivery even though the product was shipped on 04/30/2024.

The label book arrived stapled askew, so some labels have staple holes. ?? After 2 washes, some iron-on labels began to show signs of weakness and peel off slightly. ?? The free stickers are a good idea?

Nothing to say about the quality of the products which I also recommended to acquaintances (labels items and kindergarten clothes). I would improve the timing of delivery, it went over 10 days, and most importantly I had no way to track the products.

I use them for both children for quite some years now and are brilliant and don't wash out and lift so really good product. But the waiting for them to come was like nearly 3 weeks. Really slow.

It's hard to say as the order still hasn't arrived. I just hope that the heat-sensitive labels will be more effective than the last order. They went off in the washing machine (despite 30gres) or didn't hold on to the fabric despite the instructions I followed.

My initial order wasnt posted out. Then when I chased this I was sent the wrong order. However, responses were very prompt and this was rectified

I have ordered from EsIstMeins several times and have always been satisfied. This time shipping took two weeks and the print is unfortunately blurred (white on dark green). That's why I was quite dissatisfied this time.

Delivery took a long time.

Order delivered quickly, product barely 3 days old and already a letter of my son's first name coming out of the gourd, without having been through the dishwasher or extreme use Shame and disappointment.

The parcel arrived late and open

The delivery exceeded the specified time by several days.

Post issue order failed to arrive but due to post. Replacement order was much speedier but arrived after I needed it.

The water bottle is very nice too bad the name is off-center ??

I'm very happy with the labels as always, but I asked for a relay point delivery to get it in 2 or 3 days and it took over a week.

I haven't received them yet. Especially since it was quicker at the beginning of the school year.

Nice design, but the iron-on labels don't hold, one wash at 40 and they come off! Very disappointed!

Order not received said 3-10 days for delivery by royal mail Ordered 8 April and still nothing received

The labels are of good quality, but the delivery time is not respected. I therefore advise you to order in advance.

Very happy with my labels. Very nice. A wide choice of personalized ones. After that I think it might take a little time to receive them, from the moment they are sent.

Never rceieved my order almost a month later Update: Customer sevice conatcted me swiftly (thanks for this) and offereed new shipment at their cost or refund, I opted for new shipment so hopefully this time the parcel won;t get lost!

Delivery time too long. Order received too late

My order has not arrived, did not let me send form so I got in touch by Instagram, they offered me the refund of the amount paid, or send again, I am a regular customer is the first time that happens to me but it's a shame I was urgent and I had to order elsewhere.

I bought "qty 10" shoe labels, but they only fit 5 pairs of shoes. I went back to the site and it actually said in the detailed description "sold in packs of 5" (you had to scroll down to see the description...). So if someone wants 10 pairs of shoes, they have to order "20"... in the end it's too expensive for only 5 pairs. The other object labels are ok, but once I'd started using them, I should have gone for minis, but then again, they'd be too long and ill-proportioned. And they cost the same as the big ones! There are other sites for the same price: 150 better-proportioned mini labels for the price of 50 at c-mon étiquette... But I only saw this after ordering. Too bad.

We placed an order on March 30 but still haven't received anything. I've tried several times to get in touch via the form, but there's always an error message which doesn't allow the form to be sent. The telephone number is also unreachable. We're always hoping to receive a reply, but unfortunately we have our doubts. And yet the reviews were mostly positive.

I havent received my order yet. But in the past I have ordered similar stickers and was very happy to order again. I hope to receive this order too even if it is delayed.

The gourd has already lost its color and there are already scratches after only 1 wash. I think it's a shame

Shipping could be offered for large orders. I had to order 3 water bottles, 1 lunch box and 2 sets of labels. Because of the shipping costs, I just took the labels. Too bad.

The labels are pretty, but not very easy to peel off... They get damaged easily when you peel them off.
