I purchased the thermoadhesive labels , object labels and the personalized mugs , all the products are great . For the delivery time the first labels took a few days , the mugs and other labels took about a week . In the cups there were no cotton bags , they replied that they were sent separately so they are waiting to receive them .

Great labels,bright colors and very nice patterns,I also like the print quality. Too bad some that after a few washes in the washing machine come off.
