I placed the order without any problems, and although it took a little longer than expected to arrive, it arrived correctly. When I contacted them to ask about the order because it had not arrived, they answered me promptly and very attentively. I am happy with the quality of the product (heat-sensitive labels), although I have just put them on my clothes and cannot comment on the durability. In principle I will buy again.

I order labels from you every year and I'm never disappointed! The delivery is always very fast, the notebooks are made with care and per child, I think that's great! I'd just like to make two comments to improve your offer: - for regulars like me, I'd like to be able to "duplicate" the model, so that the theme of previous orders is remembered and the order can be repeated - I'd like to see more choice in the allergy section... my son, for example, is allergic to seafood and epileptic, so unfortunately there's nothing for him. Congratulations again on your efficiency and keep up the good work.

I've used the site several times and I'm always satisfied! I've ordered 1 and 2-line object labels as well as iron-on and self-adhesive clothing labels. The result is beautiful and long-lasting. I can't recommend it enough!

When I placed my order, I changed the delivery address (as I had moved house) but due to a bug or something, the old address was taken into account. I realized this immediately and notified the company. But every time I exchanged emails, I was dealing with 1 different person, and before I could sort out the address problem, my order was gone. I'm still waiting, and tomorrow my son goes back to school, so I had to buy a labeller to put his name on his things.
