Part of my order was missing. By contacting the website team by e-mail, I got a quick response and they quickly sent the missing items! The labels are pretty and hold up well. This is the second year I've used them. The lunch boxes are very pretty and sturdy, and I'll be using them for back-to-school next year.

The stickers are great! However, I was very disappointed with the lunch boxes! The tins themselves are of high quality, but the personalization is done with a simple sticker, which was also stuck on with air bubbles. If I had known this, I wouldn't have ordered them at this price... Furthermore, they are not so easy for smaller children to open.

I ordered clothing and object labels: they match the pictures and are of excellent quality; they do not come off, and the object labels go in the dishwasher and under water remain intact.

I got the bento lunch box personalized for my son and he loved it. Very durable and high quality. I also got the variety of stick-ons offered on the website. It just took a while for delivery considering we are just neighbor countries. Them from France and me from Germany. It took almost a month and there was no way to track your order from their website.My son missed it as present for his birthday. But overall, I'm satisfied.

Ordered from Petit-Fernand before was impressed with they're labels. Ordered again for my little ones school uniforms. The labels are good quality my son picked his own design, they stick really well & don't come off in the wash. Speedy delivery, definitely order again in the future.

Edit: my mistake, it's true that you can stick them on clothes. So I can't see any negative points about these labels. The labels are beautiful and of very good quality. Problem: on the video ad, you can see the labels stuck directly onto the garment. But in the instructions for use, it says not to stick on the garment, but on a label on the garment. As a result, the labels are too big, and I've had to cut them to fit just the name...
