It was a gift, and the kids were very happy with their personalized water bottle. They just need to have the option of changing the "colored" stoppers directly, otherwise you end up with 2 stoppers that aren't used! Not really in keeping with the eco-friendliness of the gourd. The first order I placed was quick, now I have placed a second order almost a month ago and it has not arrived, and customer service tells me to wait a few more days.
