I give five stars even though I was a bit disappointed with the result of the customization of the items I ordered. Between the stickers and the item, there are several small visible dust particles... I would have liked the images to be the same across different items, even if they remain within the same theme. But it's still good material. We'll see if it holds up well over time and with use.

This is not my first order and certainly not my last. The quality is there, whether it's for clothing or items. A great durability over time, a variety of products and sizes of labels that is not negligible. The delivery is fast, which is a bonus point.

I love the products, especially the labels which are great 👌 but the caps of the water bottles with straws are very fragile... Already 2 have broken (the first one received a small bump, and for the second, a piece of plastic came off in my hand while opening it, yet I am much gentler than my children 😜) and 1 is leaking.. Luckily the water bottles are great and we can order extra caps! I ordered the snack box which is really pretty, but I'm afraid that the print (P'tit Loup) will peel off quickly and that the closures on the sides won't hold up long against little hands.. we'll see over time as they seem fragile to me 🤞

All the labels came off after the first wash everywhere in my machine. I've wanted to buy them for a long time, and I regret it a lot; they only served once during the trip.

I regularly order from C-mon-etiquette and I am always pleased with the result. This time, I wanted to buy a water bottle with P’tit Loup, the mascot of my son's class. I give it a rating of 4/5 because unfortunately the stickers on the bottle peeled off even before the first use. I find it a shame given the price of the bottle. It won't stop me from ordering again, but I will only stick to buying labels.

Delighted with the water bottles I bought for my daughters! They don't leak and are sturdy. I had an issue with the diameter of the straw on one bottle, I contacted customer service who was very responsive by sending me two straws and two extra caps as compensation. I will definitely order from the site without any hesitation!
