In general everything very well, the only thing I could say is that it took quite a long time to get the order home. On the other hand, on one sheet the sticker was not well defined and they solved it very well and quite fast. So we will repeat the experience! Thank you very much!
Super labels, also hold well. However, I have only tried the self-adhesive ones. The iron-on ones were too inconvenient for me as they had to be done quickly. But that's more down to our living situation. I think the design options are really great and I'm totally satisfied. The price-performance ratio is completely satisfactory. It's definitely the best option for school later on. ????????????

I rate the customer service ( The Very Kind Sophie ) with the highest rating and total satisfaction for the efficiency and helpfulness with which the non-delivery or wrong delivery of the product ordered by the Italian Postal Service was handled. The labels ordered and used in 2016 are still now ( June 2019 ) intact and adhere perfectly to my daughter's clothes/bavens/sheets despite numerous washes and dryer passes. They are super easy to adhere to fabrics and very beautiful. Highly recommended!

Labels as ordered, received quickly and well presented in their little booklet, the gommettes as gifts were appreciated by my daughter, I have not yet tested the product which will be useful to me especially at the start of the school year.

Bottles as per visual, received promptly and in very good packaging. They keep the cold well. A few drawbacks, however: cleaning the stopper is not very easy as they cannot be completely dismantled. Small hands can't easily unscrew them to open the "teat" for drinking, but with the help of an adult it's perfect. The bottles seem fragile to me (confirmed by one with a cracked exterior, but customer service is very attentive and quickly proposed a solution).
