I love being able to customize them so much and the quality is pretty good (some of the clothes peel off a little, but that's normal... the stickers for objects are surprisingly good). Price very good and great that they don't charge shipping costs. Overall very happy.

I love it! However, I think the sandwich box is a bit heavy for a toddler, especially if you put a lot of stuff in your backpack.
The labels are barely big enough to mark supplies ( stilo in my case )
I have not received my order of August 18, which was supposedly dispatched on August 19. I have contacted customer service twice by e-mail. I was told to wait until September 3 before contacting them again to find a solution. This is unacceptable, my daughter is coming home on September 3. What do I do? I do not recommend this site. To be avoided!
