I am pissed off. The labels didn't stick to the pens. I was asked to send photos and was told there was nothing more we could do. The three months are up and therefore I have no right to complain yes and why should I send photos first???? So zero understanding zero insight nothing. Best to order directly elsewhere. Absolutely inadvisable experience, I placed my order on November 17 and as of today December 23 I still have not received it.
