I ordered the labels several times and was happy with them but the gourd was no longer functional after a month, I contacted the service but no return I am very disappointed.

The name tags don't hold at all although I did it exactly according to the instructions. They were gone after the first wash?

The labels are lovely but they don't stay on the clothes. It may be I made a mistake in ironing them (although I followed the instructions well), but the result is bad they all came off.

My order never arrived. I sent the incident through the web and they never responded.

Very late shipment. The printing is not good quality and the stickers fall off just by looking at them.

Very bad customer service. I was sent the wrong labels (someone elses). I asked them to resent it but that one never arrived. So they said they can either resent it or refund me. I asked if they can sent it via express delivery since I've been waiting for over a month now for these labels and they said no they can't. I asked for a refund and will never shop here again!!!

I paid 10 euros for an express delivery that never arrived, I have been reimbursed after two weeks and they keep sending me surveys, clearly my rating is -0.

The labels are small, not like the photos on the site.

This is the third time I have bought your products and I have never received them quickly, but this time they have taken 17 days to arrive. I consider this an excessively long time.

Barely 2 months after receiving the gourd, the stopper no longer holds, no longer closes or opens normally. I contacted customer service and they refused to replace the faulty product. Strangely enough, they sell the spare part separately, which suggests that they are aware of the design defect.

I have no last order, I am waiting for more than a month. And finally it has not been delivered.

Disappointed. I bought too quickly. I didn't realize that the labels would stick to the labels on the clothes. My children have sensitive skin. I cut all the labels off their clothes. I wanted iron-on labels on the fabric.

The shipping was a real disaster, it took me about 1 month to receive it, I do not recommend it.

I placed an order on august 19. i contacted customer service again. i received no explanation or apology. ten days ago i received an e-mail informing me that the order had been dispatched. but to this day i still haven't received it. this is unacceptable. After posting this negative comment, I finally got a response from customer service. It's not just a postal problem, since it took two months from the time my order was validated to the time it was dispatched. As a reminder, it was two boxes of snacks and a book of labels that I was supposed to receive before the start of the school year on September 4!

Petit Fernand overpromises on order processing time. The website states labels are manufactured within 48 hours, shipping takes 3-10 working days. Sadly it's not the case. After contacting customer service I was sent a generic email which was a copy and paste from the website and not an answer to my enquiry. Contacted them again to be told they are experiencing delays. Why is this not mentioned on the website, during placing order or when I contacted customer service the first time. Miss leading customers, poor customer service, missing labels.

Estimated shipping 3-10 days... well almost 20 go by, 3 emails sent and no response other than the automated one which is of little interest. No news about the package. I hope as I wrote in the email they will arrive in time for your birthday if not you can keep them. P.s.: still waiting for reply to at least one of the 3 emails if you deign. Thank you.

I have bought the stick on clothing labels , have followed the instructions, waited 24h, worn and then washed at 40 degrees and my surprise was half of the labels were removed from the tag, I thought I will spend more money for quality but what a disappointment will not buy again !

Export fees from France to Switzerland. ... I was not thinking of spending the 20% of my purchase on this fee, it was not indicated. I won't buy from you again.

I have never received my order. I have complained and have been given another deadline. I was told to contact you again if I did not receive it within that time, but I am still waiting for a response (and it has been almost two months).

I paid for expedited shipping instead the package arrived to me in unneeded time. I had even sent an email explaining my problem and they replied saying to ask my post office. If I pay for expedited shipping it is because I need it in a short period of time and shipping is not my problem otherwise I would have saved myself that money. The package arrived to me after so many days and I was not even refunded for the inconvenience I had. I will not buy labels from this site again.

I placed an order that with standard shipping never arrived. I contacted support who kindly re-sent the purchased products with tracking and they arrived after more than 10 days. The shipping is too slow and inadequate. I don't know if I will shop on this site in the future. However, the products received are the same as the photos on the site and well made. But very disappointed with such a long time.

I never received the order so I thought it was a scam.
