The product WONDERFUL, the delivery service ... I was surprised to find the stickers in the mailbox without an envelope, no wrapping, they were just as they were. It is the 1st time this has happened to me

The labels are lovely, too bad the envelope arrived all wet. I hope they're not damaged.

The labels don't last more than 3 or 4 washes at 30 degrees and they were put on high steam with the iron...very disappointed?

Unfortunately the stickers didn't arrive in the specified time. A full refund was given. Have used previously and always been good so guess this time they just got lost.

We had to wait a very long time for our name tags and then they came with the wrong name. The correct product arrived relatively quickly. But I personally wouldn't order again. But the quality of the goods is quite good.

Several orders already placed with no particular problems, but on the last order the prints were not of very good quality and the iron-on label paper was missing.... Too bad

It took much longer than expected

My first order was lost, so I waited more than 10 days unnecessarily, then customer service immediately replied that they would send me a new order, which arrived after 9 days. Great and professional customer service, but shipping to improve.

My shipment has not arrived. The money will be refunded but I still lost time and didn't get what I needed.

I had purchased clothing labels a few years ago for my first child. To date, unfortunately, I cannot be as satisfied as I was then. I made a purchase for my second child and many of the labels remain in the washing machine, peeling off from the clothes.

As the goods come from France, the delivery time is far too long. Labels are easy to work with.

I received the incorrect order. I contacted customer service and they said they would send out my correct order and I would it in receive 7-10 days. 14 days later I still haven't received it!

Received quickly. A little disappointed with the quality, as it comes off easily on some garments. What a shame!

I've ordered children's bottles before, and the drawings were printed on the bottle, but now they're glued on. Very disappointed. I have increased my rating because the customer service is really top notch and that's worth mentioning! Thank you

Good-quality labels, but I find that the sizes don't fit - too big to stick on most clothing labels.

I have not yet received the order that was sent to me due to an error in the order form.

My labels have not yet arrived more than 15 days later almost 20 I still have not received the labels good day

I usually love these clothing labels but the last book I got just doesn't stick and come off in the wash. Never had problems before but with this latest batch I am. Shame really as I do love them.

After wrong delivery the communication was great. No problem there but been waiting ages where I needed those names for my son for nursery and not been able to name them .

My first two orders were just perfect, with incredible print quality and colors. The latest one is rather disappointing. The colors are far from what I had selected and the printing of the text is not as sharp. Disappointed...

The design is beautiful, however it didn't come with the ironing paper as stated on the card it came with. Everything else is brilliant

I placed an order with the same symbols, colors and font as a previous order. But the labels I received had a print color that did not match what I wanted. Everything looked drained, the orange appeared mustard brown.

On the whole I am very satisfied, the only thing I find a pity is that the stickers come off after one or two washes.

I am satisfied with the labels, but the prices seem a bit expensive to me.

Nice products, in my opinion the shipping however a bit expensive you should put it free for those who spend more than a tot for the rest the products are great and quality

Well, first I placed an order and it never arrived. I had to write saying that it had not arrived. They gave me two solutions. Send it again or refund. I asked them to send it again and this time it has arrived. But I don't understand why the first one didn't arrive.

Wash-resistant adhesive labels for clothes, good ones for shoes too but prices a bit too high

Unfortunately I am not so satisfied, I have already had to scrape several out of my washing drum or they have come off and stuck to other items of clothing. I'm a bit disappointed

I really like the concept. Too bad there aren't more sales of spare parts. Buying a new bottle because the cap on your old one broke is expensive.

I only received 10 stickers. The other 20 I had ordered came in someone else's name.

Been using petit-fernand for years and years product and delivery has always been great. Sadly this time round there was a massive delay in delivery. Hoping it won't happen again. It wasn't the delivery service that was the issue it was your company that admitted to having a problem at your end!

The order was delayed and took a long time. I know it explained once posted takes up to 10 business days to be delivered but it's the time frame from ordering to being shipped out that was the long process and I also got an email to say there was a delay as they are too busy?

After the labels with the wrong names were delivered after almost 1.5 months, we unfortunately had to realize that they were of poor quality and that fewer were delivered than we had ordered.

First time we've had a lot of trouble peeling the labels off the boards, some of which have even torn.

I've buying from this brand for so many years but this last lot I bought of stickers for clothes came really disappointing, it came out of the clothes at first wash… none of the clothes has stickers anymore and yes I did follow all the instructions

The labels are very pretty and the delivery time very fast, but the big HIC is that the labels are very, very hard to remove and stick on.

I ordered the labels a month ago today and still have not received them. On the web it said that it took 48 hours to manufacture them, after 6 days they sent me an email saying that my order had been shipped but they did not arrive. I complained and they told me that they were going to send me others but they have not arrived either. The shipments are sent by ordinary mail without any tracking. On February 12, customer service contacted me and processed the return. The labels arrived on February 16.
