I had already ordered once and everything was great. But now I still haven't received my order after a week and a half. I contacted customer service who asked me to be patient a little longer and to get back to them within 2 days if the order still hadn't arrived...

I placed an order on the 13th and it still hasn't arrived and I don't know anything about it. I contacted them through the website on the 23rd and a robot answered me. When I called the contact phone number it told me that it was not possible to communicate.

I have used PF stick on garment labels for a good 3 years now and I'm always thrilled when I receive them. So many choices in colour & design & price is awesome, delivery (considering is overseas for me) is within 3-4days which is proper amazing. For the first time ever there was a slight flaw in the last lot of stickers, I brought it to their attention and suggested maybe their machine was faulty and they may want to look into it and they without questioning said they will send some more out - you can't get any better then that! I love them, buy them, you will not regret it people. Clare - England

The labels are fine, but the booklet assembly is a bit tight, as the binding is very close to the edge of the self-adhesive clothing labels.
