Following the May bank holidays, order not received on time. Excellent feedback from customer service, who were responsive, friendly and ready to intervene if the order was not received by a set date. In the end, I didn't need to intervene after receiving my order. Not at all disappointed with the quality of the product. Would recommend.

Perfect just a bit cheaper

I regularly use iron-on labels to mark my daughter's clothes, and I'm very happy with them. They're easy to apply (no more hours of sewing to attach embroidered braids, just one ironing stroke and it's done) and hold very well (even on the socks I marked last year for camp, the labels cracked slightly as they were on the elastic part, but they still hold and are always perfectly legible).

One of the iron-on labels cracked. Too bad I didn't have a problem until now.

Fast delivery in Belgium, very attractive labels, but above all good quality. The self-adhesive textile labels are highly resistant to repeated use in washing machines and dryers.

Easy to put on, sticks perfectly; doesn't budge even after washing.

The labels arrived on time and in full. The packaging is beautifully designed and contains a small gift for the child. We award one star less because the appearance of the labels differs slightly from the website (the image/emoticon is slightly smaller and less clear than expected). Otherwise we are very satisfied.

I've been ordering my daughter's labels from C-MonEtiquette since she was a baby, and I've never been disappointed (either stickers or iron-on labels). I've also given her water bottles and snack boxes, which have been much appreciated for their design, ergonomics and sturdiness. What's more, delivery is really fast. The only downside, as with many online sales sites, is that you receive an email offering a 20% discount on the entire site, even though you've just placed an order a few days before...

All very well except that the slipper labels are erased in two days. I put them on before going to the colonies and came back two days later and the name had already been erased. The other labels were very good and the service was fast.

Very satisfied with the labels ... ironed last year for a camp in August, they still hold up after many washes and tumble dryers ... Another positive side, what a pleasure to choose colors, writing and logo with the children ... Super fast shipping ....
