Excellent product

1st order placed a year ago for my daughter's kindergarten start, the clothing labels are very pretty and very durable in the wash, after 1 year of use they are still in place, the same goes for the object and shoe labels, they haven't budged at all!! I also got the snack box which unfortunately arrived cracked at the lid, a photo and a little message to customer service and a few days later a new lid was at my home, very responsive customer service and after 1 year the box is still in perfect condition!! In short, I am so happy with my purchase that we are doing it again for my 2nd child's kindergarten start 🙂 after receiving, still very pleased with the products 🙂 go for it with your eyes closed, amazing products!!

The snack container is of good quality, but I expected the customization to be printed directly on the lid, not on a sticker that was then applied. In any case, it is very nice. The experience with customer service was certainly positive, as they were immediately available to replace the damaged product. Thank you!

Super nice water bottle! Snack box is nice too, but when opening it, one of the sides is already broken.

My last order was satisfactory, but since the previous one was defective and I received no response after sending an email, the labels were very difficult to peel off their pouch, which distorted them. No response, no compensation.
