I placed an order and 18 days later I still haven't received it. They give me no explanation.
I am only partially satisfied. We have ordered twice so far, the first time the self-adhesive foils for the shoe stickers are missing, which should probably serve as protection. We are still waiting for the second order, because although we received the shipping confirmation on Thursday and we paid 6 for shipping, we have no information about how the order was sent or when it should arrive and today is Monday.
I haven't washed the clothes yet, but following their instructions for use the heat-sensitive labels have stuck perfectly to the clothes, and they look like they will last quite a while.

I purchased a personalized water bottle for a three-year-old girl. The product matches the description, the non-drip opening is very effective and not very difficult to unlock even for toddlers. Support responded promptly to questions, the shipping packaging is very nice. Only note, perhaps, is that in screwing on the cap does not always go smoothly, sometimes you have to try several times to find the right position. Our little girl loved it!
