I did not receive the personalised water bottle I ordered. It was for a birthday present to a friends daughter but I never received this item. Remaining orders arrived (stickers and bags) but not the water bottle. I placed the order 14 days before the party to be sure I receive on time but it did not arrive. I sent a message using your website but no reply. I would like to get a refund for this bottle and cancel the order as the party is finished and I bought something else to replace the bottle I was waiting for. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately, the letter was not waterproof and therefore the description was not complete. The sheets are stuck together and are therefore difficult to leaf through and detach from the paper.
