Used to ordering iron-on labels, this time I ordered 2 personalized water bottles. On receipt, my daughter's bottle was leaking, so we thought it was the stopper that was faulty. After-sales service sent me a new one, but after trying it with the 2nd stopper from my son's bottle, which wasn't leaking, the problem was still there. It was in fact the bottle that had a problem, more precisely the screw thread. After exchanging photos with the after-sales service, a bottle was sent back to me! The labels don't fit because they're too big with the drawings on each side, so you have to cut them or fold them over the label. They don't come out the same color as we thought they would be rainbow-colored, but they're very pale and more girlish than boyish. We'll be more vigilant next time and go for something simpler.
