The mugs are beautiful and match the pictures. Delivery time met. Personally, I find the font size used to write the name, too small.
80% of labels not conforming to validated visuals. Disappointing, since our name is not clearly legible and, as a result, I'm not going to use them. The after-sales service only offered a commercial gesture rather than remake them. I will not use this service again. The service response below is not correct. What I validated before payment was the same writing except that when printing you put a different weight which changes the space between the letters. Please show some good faith or learn the basics of typographical rules!

I ordered the labels from August5 and as of today, 15/08, they have still not arrived. I asked for information, but apparently it is not possible to track the package.
The stickers are not only beautiful but also very high quality. They also come in a booklet with short instructions. The delivery was very quick from the order date, about 4-5 days. When they are all gone, I will order them here again and recommend this site anytime!!!!
