I ordered the new labels a line with glitter option etc… the product is compliant but they stapled everything, I end up with punched labels.. not great

I bought several things on this site (backpack + snack box + water bottle) and I am very disappointed with the water bottle: my son cannot drink from it, the suction through the straw is difficult. After testing it myself, I also cannot comfortably suck the water. I have to unscrew the cap for every sip... Really a shame, I regret this purchase.

My daughter has been in school for 2 weeks and this evening when I picked her up from school, I noticed that her water bottle is broken. The tab to open the spout to drink has broken. She can no longer open her water bottle. Really disappointing for the price, I am let down.

They've all unstuck after 1 wash or fallen out of my sons rain jacket and shoes. The stick is terrible. Complete waste of money as you'll need a new sticker every time you wash the clothes or weekly for rain jackets etc.

Big disappointment! I ordered 90 labels for objects, I received 60 labels for clothing. If you want to make a complaint, the address is in Corsica and is called Étiquettes Folies, and they do not respond! I strongly advise against.

The items are in accordance with the description, but the fast delivery method by Chronopost, which is very expensive, was useless; I received it 7 days after the shipment by the company. So don't pay for fast delivery because that's not the case.

It is noted that we can rectify our order if we notice our mistake quickly. Mistake noticed within 3 hours but very difficult +++ to change the order. I am first asked for additional information even though it was an order with a single product and my first email already contained the requested information, only to receive a response the next day where I have to send within 30 minutes the wish to cancel my order. Let's just say that 30 minutes is very short when we are working and do not have our nose on the phone. I managed with it, but I would not recommend

Labels ordered on 25/08 with standard delivery of 5-10 days. It is now 9/09 and I still haven't received anything while I was assured that I would receive them by 8/09 at the latest: what a disappointment!

My labels arrived stapled in a booklet, but the two large staples were placed beyond the spine, so I ended up with some of the labels damaged by the staples, and the special paper for thermal bonding the labels was missing.

Very disappointed! I ordered 2 notebooks (10 self-adhesive labels + 10 iron-on labels per notebook). The first notebook arrived with the wrong name and the second notebook arrived with 10 missing labels... I would not recommend this site, not serious at all...

Used named labels, followed instructions and left for 48hrs. Within first wash all labels fell off in the wash. Very disappointed
