Although I followed the instructions and they stuck well after the iron. With the first wash, the vast majority came off, the others in the second wash. The ones that simply stuck, very well.

I am satisfied with my order, received quickly and in line with my expectations. A small downside, I paid for envelopes, I did not receive the invoice and moreover, some were dirty. I wrote to customer service, I was told that the defective envelopes would be resent but I am still waiting for them after a month. Really a shame.

The decorations around the name on the label are mostly on the border. Once detached, there is little decoration on the label. I had chosen a solid color the previous time, it was better. A bit disappointed.

I love your labels. My children do too. They are part of their daily universe. However, the mini labels do not stick on crayons and markers as soon as the school year starts. I don't know if it's just bad luck for our batch (two sets for two children, same problem)

The water bottles are beautiful but my daughter refused to drink from them because of the plastic smell of the straw. I was embarrassed myself.

Unlike the clothing labels I bought a long time ago, which I was extremely satisfied with, unfortunately this time it was not the same with the object labels. They are indeed too stiff, causing the ends to lift and easily detach from items like pencils. I am very sorry, but this time I am not satisfied at all.

The shipment took three times longer even though I paid for express shipping, the bottles I ordered are very good but hard to open for 3 and 4 year olds, they can't take them to school at the moment because they can't open them without the help of an adult.

The labels are very pretty but not strong enough! I preferred the previous ones that are applied with an iron because the last ones I received for the return do not hold up after a machine wash and that is very unfortunate

The transfer labels for clothing do not hold. They peel off even though after ironing, they were well fixed and the clothes have not been washed or worn for 72 hours after application.

I recently bought a textile stamp during the back-to-school week, a bit disappointed because on some garments, after the first wash, the ink fades a bit, and I got a cup with a silicone handle, I don't find it practical because the lid is difficult to close and open and the water flow drains quickly.
