The order always takes a long time to arrive

The colors of the labels I received do not match the ones I received previously, even though I made a recommendation. So it must have been identical.

Positive: Beautiful motifs, clear colors, material great, booklet of stickers terrific Negative: Cold pack difficult to remove and closure of the bread box too difficult to open for my 3-year-old child, from order confirmation only French communication

Positive the quality of the product and variety of the same. On the negative side, it has taken me more than two weeks since the order was placed.

Long delivery time, and somehow it seems a bit small in font and image. Quick response on request.

Delivery time too long

Received promptly. This is the fifth time I have ordered. This time I was disappointed because the labels are very difficult to remove. They are damaged because they are not cut properly. I have two sheets of paper that are of no use to me.

The stickers are great, there's nothing wrong with them. However, shipping took a really long time (over 2 weeks). That's very annoying if you depend on it.

I can't evaluate my experience, as I still haven't received my order, and when I go to the site to go to my account it tells me that there's a problem with the file and that I need to check the form...

Very disappointed by the quality of the labels as they are coming off even though they have been on for 8 days and the garment has not been washed. In reply, you said that you had contacted me for more details, but how did you do this as I have nothing at all?

I didn't get the right labels. I sent a message on messenger but no answer and it's for Monday.

It is with much amazement that I must state that half of the self-adhesive labels affixed to my babies' clothes came off at the first washing in the washing machine 🙁 Frankly, I was surprised because my friends' experience had been different. I haven't tried the thermoadhesive ones yet, so mine is a partial review. I had bought the mixed pack offered for kindergarten.

Won't be ordering again! I ordered on 15th January and still no labels arrived!!! Nearly 3 weeks!!!!!

Application bug: 2 commands instead of one due to application malfunction. Last time, the drawing was cancelled and now I have two orders.

The labels are pretty and practical but I had ordered them 2 weeks before my son's departure for snow class. I received them when he had already left. So I didn't use them. Too bad

Delivery in a few days with no problem, but I found half the labels stuck in my son's clothes (about thirty) either in the washing machine or in the dryer. I should point out that all the labels were stuck on the washing label of the clothes. Apart from the fact that they don't stick so well, the biggest problem is the possibility of clogging his washing machine filters. I wouldn't recommend these labels

The labels are superb and still of the highest quality! But delivery problem order made on the 11th received on the 22nd! Bcp too long .

Not satisfied, product too slow to arrive, I ordered it and it took 2 weeks to arrive, right on the day my daughter left on her trip.

I needed to receive the adhesive labels in a tight time frame So I took advantage of the express delivery service at a premium cost I found myself waiting over ten days to receive what I ordered

The labels are pretty and well represented in a notebook, the only drawback is that I didn't receive the greaseproof paper as indicated on the notebook.

I received my order late. Over two weeks for delivery. This is the second time this has happened!

Rather long delivery but the product is of high quality and very attractive. I don't regret my purchase at all.

The children's bottles are very pretty. Very disappointed, however, by the caps. Considering the price, it's a shame. I bought one for 8 euros and it broke on the 2nd day in the schoolbag. Too bad

The quality and design of the labels are very good. Very easy to put on and they hold up to a lot of jogging. The only negative point is that they took forever to arrive.

I placed an order on January 4. On January 5th I received an email confirming that the parcel had been dispatched and announcing that it would be received within 8 working days. Today is the 22nd and still nothing. I contacted customer service and the automated message promised a reply within 24 hours. I'm still waiting... What's more, the tracking link doesn't work. This isn't my first order on Cmonétiquette, the previous ones have always gone well (which is why I'm giving it a 3). However, I'm a little disappointed with the tracking of this order. 240 labels paid for and no news.

I had already ordered and was satisfied, but my clothing labels won't fit on swim caps, swimsuits or sports bags. Disappointed?

The order was simple, convenient and was delivered correctly. However, I am disappointed with the product as I am not satisfied with the durability.

Unfortunately I received the wrong order. I wanted to order labels to stick directly on objects and clothes. Unfortunately I got labels that require ironing. Not possible to use. So unfortunately I have to throw them away.

Big delivery problem. Weeks late. To make it up to you, you send me an e-mail and tell me I'll get an extra present... A page of iron-on stickers... Or Christmas stickers, I don't know. Anyway, I'm pretty disappointed this time.

Long delivery time and no way to track the shipment

The labels are perfect, nothing to complain about. But the waiting time for shipment is far too long in my opinion. Over a week to receive an envelope... that's far too long. Once I'd received it, I didn't need it any more, as the little one had already left the day before. So it was a high price to pay for a slow shipment. I had to fall back on labels from supermarkets. They're not personalized, but much cheaper.

The labels come off even before the first wash 🙁

Despite scrupulous adherence to the rules, the self-adhesive labels don't hold up very well. Considering the price, I'm disappointed... ! What's more, I was surprised to find that they were sent by green post (without tracking). Maybe that's why I read so many comments about bad delivery. I wouldn't recommend this site, whose quality is frankly average. And I wouldn't buy from it again either.

The shipment was late and I was not notified that it was at the post office for pick up.

The labels they used to produce were less thin (but obviously still very thin) but more resistant to washing. There should be more and choice of classic fonts (especially in bold, for more readability) and designs.

The product has not arrived. Edit: very quickly they have contacted me to find a solution.
