Very disappointed... I bought a water bottle for my daughter, unfortunately she dropped it and the cap broke... it didn't even last a week...

Very practical, my 10-year-old son marked his laundry himself before his camp.

As usual, the products are top-notch. The tasting box is ultra convenient and also very pretty and personalized. The little extra is being able to order certain pieces individually, to avoid changing everything and spending unnecessarily. The next planned purchase is the lunchbox to complete my daughter's collection.
Perfect product matches the order. It was delivered on time.
The writing on the labels is 2 lines and really very small, almost unreadable while there is still space around the writings, it's a shame.

The font size indeed changes depending on the number of characters you add. I regret that your text is consequently smaller. This is also why we limit the number of characters on our products.

The labels are great, unfortunately I made a mistake and I would have hoped for a bit more understanding, as I actually couldn't help it. How was I supposed to know that when I go to the labels for pens I also have to change the format? I assumed that it would be set. Only after countless emails did it come out that I also have to change the format and not just click on the labels for pens. The labels are otherwise really great. A polar bear would be great among the animals.
