Great company with really good customer service. I did have an issue with a lost order. It was quickly resolved and a replacement shipment was made. Hello, I ordered the textile labels again from EsIstMeins because I was already very satisfied with my first child. I like the quality and price-performance ratio. Unfortunately, something went wrong with the delivery of my order and after about 14 days still nothing arrived. After a brief consultation with customer service, I was informed that my labels would be produced again free of charge and delivered.
