The labels are very good, they just take a long time to deliver.

Fun iron-on labels and great customer service-my order was delayed a bit, probably due to the transfer between countries. Customer service was great, got back to me quickly after my email and offered help or clarification. It arrived shortly afterwards and we are happy.

Ordered in just a few clicks. The children were very happy to choose their own labels. Very easy to use. Delivery within a few days. Very responsive customer service. Only remark: lost our basket which was not memorized (after a long moment of inactivity) and we had to place the order again.

This is the second time we're going back to school with c-monetiquette "autocollantes" and they're great to use, they resist everything as long as they're stuck on a garment label and not directly on the fabric... and what's more, they're very pretty!

Wrong color produced. The labels are good so far, but one color was displayed on the screen which was delivered in a different color. When I asked customer service, they told me that there was nothing they could do. Then you should either create a category for the color that distinguishes blue and green or make a unique label on the colors. No goodwill from the "service" Too bad I would have liked to order more from the KITA. But since it's "my own fault" I won't be offering them, what a shame.
