Hello When I placed my order I changed my address, but it was supposed to be for billing purposes only I sent an email just after I placed my order and then another the next day to inform me of the change in the place of dispatch To date I still haven't received my order Communication is very difficult

I would recommend Petit-Fernand to anyone; particularly busy parents! My children were able to design their own labels and they enjoyed choosing the colour, font and little image to personalise them. I enjoy the fact I can simply stick the labels in (I prefer the stickers to the iron-on labels) hassle-free, which not only saves time but is great if this has to be done last minute before the school run! I've ordered before and know they wash well too.

Great quality and speedy delivery. This is the third time I've ordered from Petit-Fernand. Good value for money. Ordered the stick on clothes labels again, they stay on after many, many washes, sometimes at high temperatures. Also ordered the shoe stickers which also work really well.

This is the third year I have bought labels for my son's school.... I also purchased the snack holder. The latter is the perfect size but plastic hooks a little too delicate for the cost.... My son destroyed them within a short time. The labels are as described... I think I will continue to purchase them! Thank you...
