I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER!!!! Order placed on 21/10/2019, we are on November 8 and still nothing!!!! I contacted customer service and they just directed me to my post office and the post office directed me to c-monetiquette. Everyone is passing the buck but no one to find me a solution! EDIT 19/11/19: NO SOLUTION HAS BEEN FOUND, no reshipment, no refund nothing. Thank you for my son!
