I have complained up to 5 times at the address they put for that purpose, they send me an automatic email telling me to verify the shipping address and I do it and they keep sending me the same message over and over again. Of course they send several mails Melina, because in 15 days you have not responded. What option is left to us as consumers besides asking? Don't make excuses in the mails and answer more quickly so that the customers will be satisfied and we will not value you negatively. I am still waiting for my order...

The opening system is simple, and my 3.5-year-old daughter opens and closes it without a hitch. The design is very pretty and the whole thing seems to be of good quality. The only small negative point: it's heavy. But that's not a problem. I ordered 3 more for my niece and nephews! I recommend it :-).
