Nefarious service, they do not answer to the mails nor to the telephone and when you ask for the reimbursement there if that they answer, from the day 13.09.23 without order. Spying on the refund. Very bad
This is the second time I have not received my shipment.
I have not received my order and I claimed it. It is the n° 2000972822 . I placed my order on August 30 !!!!
The customer service is terrible, you can never talk to anyone and on top of that I never received the order. I feel ripped off.
Express shipping paid and the order takes 10 days to be received. I request reimbursement of the express shipping fee and, as is going to happen with this, nobody answers. Very useful your satisfaction surveys

I have not received my order yet
I received my order but out of the 40 labels ordered only 20 are usable the other 20 are not detachable they are printed on paper but impossible to recover in order to place them on clothing it is as if the printing in label format did not work my son starts the nursery Monday and I miss 20 labels to mark all his things. I'm disappointed by this inconvenience. I paid for 40 labels and in the end I only have 20 usable labels Cordially, Félicie
I was waiting for my order for more than 15 working days I was told that it arrived on the 16th that I should check my mail and there was never any mail and this is the day I did not show up and I have to pay for something that never arrives.
The first order did not arrive, they gave me the solution to send it again. But it did not arrive. And it's been 10 days now, I think it should have arrived.
The amount of expedited shipping is not indicated. 15euro labels and 9euro shipping ... Absurd ...

Very bad experience: more than a week's delay in producing the labels, no warning message about the extended lead times, barely sincere apologies, no spontaneous commercial gesture. Between amateurism, flippancy and incompetence, I don't know what best qualifies them to be avoided.
Very unhappy. I have not received the shipment. I live in the Canary Islands, I will ask for my money back.
Ordered the labels in late August did not arrive (school started), then after several emails I contact customer service who says we'll send them back but those haven't shown up yet either... The order is in my Wife's name.... Update 02/11 on third attempt made after call the labels arrived.
They charge almost 10 for express delivery (24/48h). In my case I did not receive it in that time and I have not been refunded.

The transport is terrible, you order it urgently and it arrives in 15 days. It happened to me with one order, I gave them another chance with another and with both the same thing happened to me.
The times I have ordered labels you do not meet the deadlines. The material is good, but you should meet your deadlines.
Shipping takes far too long and then without a tracking number. There are a thousand other sites that do it better. That's why I no longer order here.
I bought iron-on labels.... and they go off as soon as I wash them for the first time (30°- spin 600). I'm very disappointed. Yet the writing and the choice of small images is really nice.
I still haven't received my labels since September 4, apparently because of the Chronopost problem, but now it's just the post office, which still hasn't delivered anything.
I never got my stickers
I never received my order. I had made a request for express delivery which I paid 9.5 euros for. The parcel never arrived. Customer service reimbursed me the 9.5 euros but I still haven't received my parcel. I asked my neighbors if the deliveryman had gone to the wrong letterbox but they didn't receive anything.
Well the package never arrived .
The labels came off after the first wash despite meticulously following the installation instructions.
Order NEVER Received
Labels ordered in late August and shipped on September 2 never arrived! If the post office is not reliable, do not offer the service!
I am waiting for my order since September 2,the day e6 was shipped. Very kind,I was assured that it will be sent back to me and will arrive soon...let's hope so because I have been buying these labels for years and have always been satisfied.

I have been waiting for the order for a month. They only give me the tracking number, which does not clarify anything. Order paid for, and no response from them.
The shipment took several weeks to arrive.

The labels were delivered late. The maximum number of days (10 days) was not enough. The labels were probably also dried. The envelope with the contents was in poor condition. Unfortunately, the labels did not stick properly either. We have already had to replace many of them. I don't know what the problem is, but our labels are of very poor quality.

I paid 9.90 for express delivery of 50 (delivery within 48 hours) only to receive my order 2 weeks later. Disgraceful!
The order arrived very late, so much so that I had to order other labels online for my children's back to school because they did not arrive on time. I had ordered other years but this year the shipping was terrible. I had to spend double money.
I'm still waiting for my labels which were sent 2 weeks ago and which I really need for my dad in Ehpad.
