Excellent graphics, although there is no longer the Moon design that we really liked, only thing I noticed that the stickers come off a bit compared to before!

I chose the expensive Express 48h shipping! Unfortunately, the nice customer service only contacted me after 3 days that the product is no longer available in the color! You don't get a refund or anything - what's the point of choosing? I needed it for my birthday and wrote to customer services. Unfortunately no response to me as a customer! Had to take an alternative. I find it sad and will no longer order here and will continue to do so. A real shame!

The package took longer than expected. I was worried because I entered the tracking and it said it was already delivered and it wasn't. Finally it arrived a day later when I had already written to claim. I ordered clothing labels for 3 different children who are not siblings. They sent the labels for 2 of the children together in the same booklet. The labels are very nice, though.

I have bought Petit Fernand labels more than once and have always been happy with them. Unfortunately, the last purchase I made was not successful because the merchandise was never delivered. Customer service was immediately diligent in supporting me and I am waiting to receive my refund. I trust I will receive it given the seriousness shown by the company.

The order arrived very late. And they mixed up the names of the orders.

It takes too long, otherwise the labels are fine.

Very disappointed to see that my entire order of labels was put in the same booklet even though there were 2 different names, making it impossible to offer them.

The gourds are very pretty. However, they're fragile and there's already some color coming off one bottle. And one of the three bottles we received already had some color missing at the bottom. I was a little disappointed with my purchase, as the bottles are rather expensive.

The service is fast and efficient, the labels are really nice to stick on, but in 3 washes 3/4 of the iron-on labels ended up in the machine's drum, I'm really disappointed.

Hello, I'm happy with the shoe labels, but for clothes I find that after a few washes, they come off. Too bad

Unfortunately this time did not go very well, the delivery was very late and the caps on the water bottles are defective because they do not close well. It's a real shame because the water bottles are very nice but with the cap open they are not functional

Unfortunately, my 1st order did not arrive. Big praise to the customer service, new ones were sent immediately without any problems! Many thanks for that! Unfortunately, this time they don't live up to their promise. They don't last through the wash even though I follow the instructions exactly and even let them "dry" for 24 hours before wearing them for the first time. Too bad

The labels themselves are very high quality and beautiful. I have deducted two stars because I would like smaller labels for items, for example, and the delivery time was very long.

The labels are just like what I ordered and that's great. This is my 1st order and I tested the pack with several formats to get an idea. However, I'm rather disappointed because after a few washes, the iron-on labels are already coming off... Too bad.

I have previously ordered from a similar Spanish company when I lived in another country and the order arrived very quickly. My order at Petit-Fernand took more than two weeks, if not longer. And now I live in Spain and it was not only the shipping but also the production time. The clothing stickers have come off with the washes, compared to the other brand that never came off. What I like the most however are the stickers for notebooks or books because you can have a variety of them on a single page.

Everything arrived correctly, Pere took too long to send, it is an aspect that should be improved.

I'm disappointed with the quality of the stoppers on the children's bottles. The stoppers are far too fragile for this age group. I bought two bottles at the end of 2022. The caps broke in March and July, then I bought a new cap which broke in December. After three broken stoppers, I asked customer service if there wasn't another stopper that would fit, since new gourd models exist and replace the old ones! As luck would have it! The answer is no, so I'm left with my broken stoppers on my "old" leaky bottles.

Very disappointed that the bottle was personalized with a sticker that won't last.

The stickers are less sticky than when I ordered them for my 1st child. They come off after the 1st wash. It's a shame. Maybe a bad printing series...

The order arrived on December 12th, the day before I sent all my letters without labels because I could not wait any longer. Very slow delivery ?

I like it because I can design each of the labels differently, but I don't like that they peel off very quickly. It takes a long time to ship

Unfortunately, iron-on labels come right off unless very, very firm fabrics are applied. Almost no children's clothing has these features, especially T-shirts and leggings that are used for kindergarten. I ended up only being able to use them for bibs, bed sheets, and a few sweatshirts. Too bad because they are very aesthetically pleasing.

My boys enjoyed choosing their own designs. I wish the writing could've been bigger on the sticker. The clothes labels have so far stayed on which is great but the names have worn off the shoe labels after only a couple of months.

Beautiful labels. The back-to-school pack is very practical. However, I'm very disappointed with the iron-on labels, which don't last more than 2 washes and 2 tumble-dryings. I don't use them anymore and have switched to self-adhesive clothing labels, which I put directly on the brand labels (or the care instructions label).

Some of the labels do not last 1 wash!

The result was fine but it was impossible to use a coupon per guest. I had to place the order without using it

Hello, I'm sorry but the labels are not of the same quality as the ones I bought from you 3 years ago, which gave me complete satisfaction. I found them all in the washing machine. Even the iron-on ones are more difficult to adhere and don't have the same soft finish.

I had already bought several times and they were all flawless. This year the clothing labels were not as successful 🙁

They look great and are easy to put on, but they are easy to clean at 30 degrees in the washing machine so you need a new one every time.

Very long delivery time! Labels don't hold really well compared to other manufacturers. However, my children like the design.

I bought a couple of packs of stick on labels. Some have stayed on but mostly the stickers end up coming off in the wash. I reapplied and followed instructions but still they come off Received a reply regarding this - thank you. However the refund mentioned has not been received.

First wash at 40 degrees and the label comes off...

The labels for objects are great, but the sticky labels for clothes aren't so great - they come off in the washing machine, even though I follow the instructions.

Easy to use website, delivery took a long time and I ordered two different names for Christmas presents but they came in one booklet so I had to cut them out and it looked a bit rubbish as a gift then. Labels are really lovely though and very easy to use.
