Fast delivery, careful packaging. Great choice of personalization, the labels are beautiful but do not wash well. After the first wash at 30°, they peeled off. I therefore advise against buying iron-on and glue-on labels.

I bought labels for 4 children: they came in 6 blocks, stapled in bulk mixing both names and type. Uncomfortable and difficult to find the ones they needed, some are also very similar. It should have been fun for the children to find their labels and glue them on, but instead it was a constant fight. I also noticed a deterioration in print quality, with poorly defined names and colors. Lastly 10 actual working days for shipping. Too bad, I was used to speed and high quality EDIT I was contacted by customer service who rescheduled the order at their expense: it arrived properly printed and stapled ???? the first shipment must have been a mishap
