Hello, Before ordering everything is perfect. The wide selection is great and you really get a feel for the product once it's finished. We ordered a snack box and labels. The downside for me is the estimated delivery time and that really applied. We had to wait over a week to receive our order, whereas the estimated delivery time was 4 days maximum. It's a shame, but the quality is there, which mitigates the disappointment. Have a nice day!

The deadlines were not met. On the website, the delivery time was 48 hours. Order received more than 10 days later. I had to buy from another site to meet my urgent need. Very dissatisfied. The least polite thing would have been to inform me or issue a refund. Customer satisfaction doesn't seem to be a priority 🙁
