It was a gift, and the kids were very happy with their personalized water bottle. They just need to have the option of changing the "colored" stoppers directly, otherwise you end up with 2 stoppers that aren't used! Not really in keeping with the eco-friendliness of the gourd. That's why I didn't buy them and 4 stars.

The first order I placed was quick, now I have placed a second order almost a month ago and it has not arrived, and customer service tells me to wait a few more days. I have also noticed that some of the adhesive clothing labels from that first order are starting to peel off a bit. I think this is where my orders will end.
