Very good product and fast delivery is the second time I place my order and I am very happy.
I ordered my order at the beginning of July which never arrived at destination I asked where was my order it was a robot which answered I had to wait 1 week before a person answered that they remade me the order at their expenses (still happy) which finally arrived 2 days ago but no commercial gesture which I deplore on the other hand pretty packaging

Order delivered very quickly and in line with my expectations. Despite a well-packaged parcel, one of the isothermal bottles was damaged (dented + chipped): all I had to do was send a photo by e-mail to have another bottle delivered within a few days. Nothing to complain about, I'd recommend them.
