As satisfied as ever !!!! With great colors. In the allergy section, it would be nice to develop the concept. My daughter is allergic to hazelnuts and not peanuts, so we didn't make a label via your site, which is a shame. Some of my daughter's friends are allergic to cat/dog hair, seafood, dust mites, etc. etc. ... It would be nice to find all these allergens in your section. Bonne continuation

RECTIFICATION As a result of the order not arriving Customer Service had informed me that they would make a new one. The labels arrived on time after a short time and are really nice. Very good yield. After numerous washes (I'm talking years) they still look great. I had ordered the labels in 2019 applied to sweatshirts and tshirts that I still wash and iron are still in excellent condition. In the meantime I had a second child and I am sure I will order them for him as well. My evaluation is based only on the service: the labels look really nice but a month later I still haven't received the order so I can't evaluate them. Of course, the service has already been paid for. I have contacted customer service, if I receive the order or refund I will be ready to change my rating.

The quality of the product is great and in fact I repeat because I had already made a previous purchase and was very satisfied. What I have noticed that has worsened is the shipping service. It took me almost 15-16 days since I ordered it to receive it, it seems too long... Especially if it is something that is urgent as was my case. In my opinion I would prefer to pay for it to be sent to me and that at least it arrives quickly rather than it being free and taking so long... I repeat, except for this part of the service, I am very happy with the product and results as well as the customer service. The stickers do not come off and hold up very well!!!
