I received the personalized labels twice in the third week of September, and today, September 23, I am still waiting for the rest of the order: lunch boxes, canteens and snack bags. That they ship in 48-72 hours is not entirely true. I placed an order, and I spent three days trying to talk to them by email or phone. I didn't receive a response, and when I did, it was double and with different information. It is true that I ordered heat seal labels, and they are very nice and arrived very well packaged, but I had to complain and it took almost three weeks.

On August 28 I placed the order, on the 30th I received an email saying that it was on its way and that in a maximum of 10 working days I would receive it. Today, September 23rd, I have not received anything. If the delivery company has come to the house and I was not home they have not left any notice. A few days ago I sent some mails to customer service commenting on the situation and I have had no response.
