Seriousness and good service I have been buying from Petit-Fernand for about 4 years and have always been fine. The last time, about 20gg ago, I placed an order requesting shipping by regular mail. Unfortunately, there was a problem with receiving the mail and I contacted their support to track my order. What can I say, they were prompt and very kind to help me solve the problem. Really nice thermal water bottle. We loved the ability to choose color design and writing and then it is super convenient because having the handle allows the child to carry it effortlessly. Really super!!!
