Order never received. And when I report it, I am offered to resend or be reimbursed => I have a choice. I ask for a new shipment (I need the labels!) And the same evening I receive an email that validates a refund even though that's not what I asked for! Not very professional... why ask the customer what they want if you don't follow up on their answer? UPDATE: commercial gesture offered to compensate => I'm amending my bill, thank you!

I purchased 2 custom bags and a set of labels. I have not done any washes yet so I can check the actual durability of the label but the quality seems good. Aesthetically everything looks very nice. To be improved the shipping service which affect the total price.

Bad experience: ordered but delivery never received. I report it (lost packages happen!), they offer me to send the package back or a refund, I can choose! I ask for a new shipment... but I receive an email in the evening that validates a refund... so I'm back to square one after waiting 3 weeks and without them even respecting my choices. Fast, friendly and courteous processing. Unfortunately, our order was lost in the post over the holidays. That can happen. However, we were helped immediately and the money was refunded. We would have liked to place a new order. However, due to the short notice, we decided on manual labeling. Maybe next time.
