The labels are great! they hold up to washing on clothes and objects, thank you! next time I'll buy more iron-on clothes they are beautiful and very easy to put on The personalized water bottles are very beautiful (my 3 year old daughter loves it) however her engraved name faded quite quickly, as well as some drawings (2 weeks of lessons)

Package delivered late. You've just told me that you have no influence over the postal service. Except that I ordered from your site and not from the post office. I've had enough of this "someone is always to blame" attitude. It seems to me that it's up to you to honor your missions: send me a package in a timely manner. Both, not just one. It's up to you to choose how you work and who you work with. For me, it doesn't matter.
